Welcome
Kawida Lodge is proud to share with your unit the second version of its Where to Go Scouting Guide, a tool to help Scouts and Scouters find great places to hike, camp, and more. In addition to a whole new look, each entry has been carefully examined and updated to provide the latest information.
Locations are categorized by their major features (campsites, hiking trails, high adventure), and assigned location characteristics based on special offerings like boating or fishing. We’ve also included information about Camp McKee (our local council’s camp) and high adventure bases around the nation.
We hope you enjoy the Where to Go Scouting Guide and find it useful. If you have any comments or suggestions, please feel free to let us know!
